SOUTH AFRICAN BASED NON-PROFIT INITIATIVE
Set up to contribute to the creation of quality leadership, through training, mentoring and tutoring.
Creating a society that is free from corrupt and unethical culture of leadership where unfettered materialism and self-serving tendencies are pursued at the expense of sustainable livelihood.
This usually results in exacerbated level of poverty, decisions and policies that are unsustainable, short sighted and unproductive, and instead providing only fleeting comfort and luxuries for the selected few while eroding the prospects of a better life for future generations.

The core business of the Foundation is to carry out public benefit activities in the country that are focused at empowering leaders and potential leaders across the strata of society.

OBJECTIVES SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE
To establish an operational and functional ethical leadership and excellence development programme for South Africa.
o Maintain on an annual basis, an effective and efficient administration and management system.
o Provide socially and commercially viable skills training on an annual basis.
o Provide ongoing effective support services to participants.
o Establish and maintain ongoing high-value partnerships.
o Ensure effective oversight and governance. o Enhance the position of the Foundation as a leading institution working with leaders towards weaving ethics and excellence into the fabric of society.
o Develop and maintain effective financial management systems that ensure value for money for funders.
o Ensure high impact levels of programme interventions and sustainability of benefits of interventions.
o Create and maintain an effective programme monitoring and evaluation system.
o Continuously adapt programme interventions in line with a changing social, political and economic environment as informed by research.
